Shipping & Returns

We ship our product from The Netherlands, Depending on where you live delivery can take up to 3-7 workdays in Europe. Once you have fulfilled the payment of your order your order will be shipped as soon as possible. you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipping prices include VAT. Please be aware that delivery times might be affected during the holidays and sale periods.

 

Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium:

All orders placed before 9 pm on working days, will be shipped within the next 1 to 2 working days. During sale periods, this can be longer. We offer standard shipping to your preferred address or you can pick up your order at a local Pick-up point whenever suits you best. Please be advised you will need to show an ID document when picking up your order.

 

Deliveries within the European Union:

From 2 to 10 working days

 

Deliveries in all other countries:

From 9 to 12 working days

 

Outside Europe:

Packages will be shipped (see shipping costs above) using our standard shipping service, which will be PostNL or UPS. Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Battle-Link, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. We deliver worldwide. However we do not ship to APO, post office box or FPO address.

Sale & Holiday Season

Because of the high demand of our sale items, orders placed during the sale are only confirmed after receiving a shipping confirmation email. Therefore it is possible that your order will be cancelled because of out of stock items. Please be aware of a longer delivery time due to the holidays. We are working towards having your order processed as fast as possible.

 

Product Appearance

The images of the products on the (desktop or mobile) website and/or app are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display can accurately display the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly in colour from those images. the packaging of the products may vary from that is shown on the images on the (desktop or mobile) website and/or app.

 

Processing Guidelines

All products on the website are subject to availability and payment being received before your order is processed. We will contact you if the products you have ordered are out of stock, or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

 

Delivery Date estimates

We aim to deliver all orders within five working days of your order being processed. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number through email. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours before the tracking number can be updated online.

 

International Shipping Policies

If you order products from our website for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from us, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

 

Undeliverable and Refused Packages

In the event that delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or mis-delivered.

 

Inspection

You are required to inspect the delivered products once you receive your order and ensure that the products are in "as expected" condition. In the event they are not in an "as expected" condition, please mail to info@battle-link.com as soon as possible, with all necessary information (order, contact details and problem description) and including photographic proof.

 

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products

We are committed to selling only high-quality products. To that end, we employ several quality checks before a product is shipped. If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a free exchange with a new, similar product or refund. In the case of a refund, we will be able to issue your full refund within 30 days of us receiving the wrong or damaged product, as per our Shipping Policy.

 

Events outside our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.

Returns

You are allowed to return the product within 14 days of receiving it. We do charge a restocking fee for used speaker & microphones. Next to this we can only accept a return when the Battle-Link unit is in new condition. You are responsible for shipping and the shipping cost when returning a product. Before returning a product please send an email to info@battle-link.com with the reason and pictures of the unit.

Warranty

Although our products are made to withstand some sort of punishment, we understand that our gear gets exposed to the elements and put through some hard battles.

Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in this product for twelve (12) months from the date of the original purchase for main and master devices ONLY. All other parts are six (6) months from the date of the original purchase.

This warranty does not cover any damage, rusty USB part, deterioration or malfunction resulting in alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping, lighting, power surges or other acts of nature.

This warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of this product from any installation, any unauthorized tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by Battle-link to make such repairs, or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product.

This warranty does not cover cartons, equipment enclosures, cables or accessories used in conjunction with this product.

 

If you feel your product is a warranty case please e-mail us at info@battle-link.com. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Used and demo products are sold “as is” and do not carry a warranty.

Determine whether the damage should be covered by warranty. Here are a few things that are not covered by warranty:

  • Normal wear resulting from standard usage that occurs over time.

  • Any problem resulting from misuse, abuse, impact (on any surface including water) or neglect.

  • Damage to product resulting from improper care or unnecessary roughness.

  • Parts or hardware that were lost or have gone missing after receiving your shipment.

  • The battery is not eligible for warranty coverage due to its susceptibility to performance fluctuations influenced by external factors, such as improper charging practices.

Most warranties are usually resolved in a timely manner and will be processed in the order they come in. If you lose patience, no problem just call or e-mail us.

Add at least 3 photo’s of the damaged gear with a full product view, the damage and the serial number.

We will contact you with further instruction.
